Privacy policy

Updated 28 October 2026

This policy explains what data Luxury Cars Kosova collects when you use our website and the Luxury Cars app, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We show no ads, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

Who we are

Luxury Cars Kosova imports cars from South Korea for customers in Kosovo and Albania. Our main base is the showroom on the Prishtina–Ferizaj highway. For any question about your data, message or call us on +383 46 577 577, or use the Contact page.

Requests you send us

When you ask us to call you back, to visit a showroom, for a test drive, or to be told about stock cars and offers, we keep your name, phone number, the note you write (if any), the car and the time you choose. We use them only to contact you about that request and keep them as long as we need to handle it and for our sales records.

When you call us or message us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens in your phone or WhatsApp app; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to WhatsApp.

Search and voice search

We keep the text you type or say in search, with the filters we read from it, the language and the country, to improve search. It is not linked to your name or number, only to an anonymous code that changes every day.

The microphone is used only while you hold the mic button. The audio is sent to Amazon Transcribe to be turned into text and is not stored. The text is read by an AI model (Claude, on Amazon Bedrock) to turn it into search filters.

Usage statistics

We count car views and taps on the call and WhatsApp buttons, with the language, the platform (website, iOS or Android) and the country we derive from the IP address. We do not store the IP address itself. This data is linked only to an anonymous code that changes every day and tells us which cars people are most interested in.

We also use Google Analytics (Google Firebase) to see how the website and the app are used: pages and screens opened, searches, cars viewed, favourites and taps on the call buttons, with the device type, language and approximate location. On the website it runs only after you accept it in the cookie notice; you can change your answer by clearing your browser data. The app also sends Google crash reports and speed measurements, and gets a notification code from Google when you allow notifications. We do not use this data for advertising.

Car tracking

When you track a car, we use the chassis number (VIN) you enter to find its ship and customs status. We ask for nothing else.

What stays on your device

Favourite cars, saved searches, the compare list, your language, delivery country and in-app notifications are stored only on your device. Deleting the app or your browser data deletes them too.

The iPhone app uses Apple’s App Attest to confirm that requests come from our genuine app. This involves no personal data.

Car data

Car photos and data come from Encar, Korea’s car marketplace, which holds all rights to them. We show them in a clearer format for our region and do not present them as our own.

Where the data is kept

Our servers are at Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt (European Union). Google processes the statistics, crash reports and notifications for us, possibly outside the EU, under its own data protection terms. Apart from that, we do not share your data with anyone else, except when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Kosovo’s Law on the Protection of Personal Data (and the GDPR, for visitors from the European Union) you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use. Contact us on +383 46 577 577 and we reply within 30 days.

Children

The website and the app are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its update date.
